Canaryflow (“we”, “us”) provides workflow monitoring for HubSpot. This page describes what we collect, why, and what we do with it. We’ll keep this short and update it as the product evolves.
What we collect
- Waitlist signups. Just the email address you submit, plus the page you submitted it from. We use Formspree to receive and store waitlist submissions.
- HubSpot connection (beta users only). When you connect your HubSpot account via OAuth, we request read-only access to your workflows, lists, properties, and related metadata. We never request write scopes, and we never see passwords.
- Operational logs. Standard request logs and error reports needed to keep the service running.
What we don’t collect
- Contact records, deal data, or any personal data from inside your HubSpot portal beyond what’s needed to inspect workflow structure and health.
- Marketing-style behavioural tracking on this website. No third-party ad pixels.
How we use it
We use the data above to (a) email you when your beta spot is ready, (b) detect when your HubSpot workflows break or reference missing assets, and (c) send the alerts you ask for. That’s it.
Sharing
We do not sell your data. We share data only with sub-processors needed to operate the service (e.g. hosting, email delivery, error monitoring), and only the minimum needed for them to do their job.
Your rights
You can ask us to delete your waitlist signup or disconnect your HubSpot account at any time by emailing hello@canaryflow.io. Revoking the HubSpot OAuth grant from within HubSpot also terminates our access immediately.
